Vision and discretion

When damage has occurred or the work has not been carried out correctly, there may be doubts as to who will be responsible for the bill to be paid subsequently. Where there is a dispute between two parties, an independent assessment by an expert is used to enable the decision on a possible claim for damages to be taken on the basis of that assessment.
